Monday-Friday 4-9pm, weekends by appointment.
We offer classes in Shudokan karate-do and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We build strong bodies and strong minds. Students also learn self confidence, discipline, honor and self defense, building life skills while learning their martial art. And we have a blast doing it.
