A free 6-session series from the Bothell Kenmore Chamber, supported by the City of Kenmore

Three things quietly hold even strong businesses back: your numbers, your customers, and your time. This series takes them on one at a time and is built for owners who've been at this a while and those who want to start strong. Led by people who have lived it.

Know the Numbers That Matter — cash flow projections and identifying the metrics that actually move your business, beyond top-line revenue

Take a Fresh Look at Your Marketing & Customer Journey — is your marketing still speaking to who your customer is today?

Get Your Time Back — delegation, systems, and SOPs that free you from being the bottleneck

Every session also includes practical AI time-savers and a few minutes on what good leadership looks like mid-grind.
