SUMMARY:All in for Kids
DESCRIPTION:Going All In For Northshore Students on March 31st Virtually and In Person\n\nBothell\, Wash. (February 15\, 2022) It's been a tradition. Each spring\, people who care about public education have gathered at Northshore School Foundation's All In For Kids event to raise critical funds. \n\nThis year\, guests can choose how to attend either virtually or in person.\n\n"We're working to create the experience that the community has come to expect from the Northshore Schools Foundation\, no matter how guests choose to join us\," said Dyana Berger\, chair of the event committee. "Our students need our foundation and community support now more than ever."\n\nThe All In For Kids virtual fundraiser will be from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m on Thursday\, March 31st. This is the signature event for the Northshore Schools Foundation. It has served as the primary means to fund all the grants that the Foundation provides each year. It's an opportunity to acknowledge community partners and sponsors\, introduce people to the important work that is funded by the Foundation\, and celebrate the impact that Foundation donors make. Guests will:\n\n \n\nCelebrate another year of growth. In 2021\, the community's steady support continued\, so the Foundation could continue its expanded operations serving Northshore students and teachers.\n\nConnect with parents\, leaders\, educators\, business owners\, and community volunteers who share a commitment to student success. \n\nCommit to helping the Foundation be ready with student support for whatever the future may hold.\n\n \n\nTalented Northshore student musicians will perform\, and guests will meet Youth Advisory Board members from Northshore high schools\, Jake Whittenberg\, KING 5 News will emcee and Superintendent Michelle Reid will speak as well. Teachers\, students\, and educators will take the mic to describe the many ways the Foundation community has been there with support in a year of so many changes and to describe how the community can continue to help. \n\n \n\nThe fundraising goal for this event is $285\,000. The suggested donation at the event is $150.00. \n\nFunds raised will continue funding vital programs and replenish Foundation reserves. MacDonald Miller is this year's Presenting sponsor. Amerigroup is the Educate sponsor. \n\n \n\n"Everything we do is funded by donations. Sponsors like MacDonald Miller are so important to our continued operation\, so we can keep helping students in the ways that are needed most\," said Carmin Dalziel\, Executive Director\, Northshore Schools Foundation. \n\n \n\nLearn more and RSVP for the All In For Kids event at: \n\nhttps://www.eventbrite.com/e/2022-all-in-for-kids-spring-fundraising-event-tickets-229082240147
