Increasing drug use\, homelessness\, mental illness\, theft\, cybercrime and school safety challenges and a growing population are straining the City's ability to deliver critical police and fire services. Outdated fire stations and equipment are not sufficient to meet the increasing number of fire and medical-related calls for service. Learn more about Propositions 1 and 2\, a levy and bond for public safety in this fall's general election.
