Alcohol may not travel in and out.\n\nEvent Details:\n\nFriday March 15\, 2024\n\n6:00 - 9:00pm (vendor set up 5pm - 530pm)\n\n\n\nAs an Official Host we will provide you with one wine\, beer or spirits vendor who will offer tastings to ticketed guests at your store\, restaurant or office.\n\n\n\nWhy be an Official Host Business?\n\n\n You'll benefit from 100s of people coming to your business\, connecting with new customers\, and strengthening relationships with the community!\n Your business name will be seen by thousands in the marketing\, both online and in printed promotions around the Bothell\, Kenmore\, Kirkland\, Mill Creek & Woodinville area!\n You will have the opportunity to hand out literature\, coupons\, or samples as well as answer questions from potential clients & customers during the event!\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHosting Requirements:\n\n\n Post someone at your door(s) or tasting area during the entire even to prevent guests from walking out with alcohol\, as required by WA State\, and to monitor the number of guests in your business.\n Provide a table and tablecloth for each vendor inside your business\, ready by 4:00pm\n Promote the event to your customers/clients.\n\n\n\n\nREGISTER HERE!\n\nDeadline to register to host:\n\nJanuary 18\n\n(first come first served)\n\nWe must mail signed special occasion liquor license applications to Olympia by Jan 23\n\n\n\nWe look forward to collaborating with you on another fun and successful event!\n\n\n\nPlease contact us at: heather@BothellKenmoreChamber.org if you have any questions.
