DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the impact of Dr. Martin Luther King by serving in the community! \n\nVolunteer work parties at the UW-REN site of the North Creek Forest provide great networking opportunities\, an introduction to restoration ecology\, and a fun way to spend time in the great outdoors!\n\n\n\nTools and gloves are provided at the events and activities may include invasive species removal\, mulching\, trail repair and planting native species. \n\n\n\nVolunteers should dress in weather-appropriate attire.  Boots are recommended.\n\nVolunteers ages 1-15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.\n\n\n\nSnacks and refreshments are provided!
