This class focuses solely on IPA's\, their various styles\, and tips on choosing the right hops and yeast for your recipe in order to brew a great batch every time! In addition\, there will be a side by side tasting of two popular styles of IPA to help you understand the vast spectrum of this beer.\n\n\n\nDuring this class\, he'll demonstrate an all-grain batch so you can visually see the process from beginning to end and cover topics relevant to all-grain brewing. We'll mash\, boil\, and co...ol a 5 gallon batch of beer with Q & A throughout the live demonstration. This class is for everyone\, but there will be advanced content and techniques covered.\n\n\n\nThe non-refundable* cost is $35.00 per person per class. Each class size is limited and classes tend to fill up quickly\, so please call Cairn Brewing at (425) 949-5295 or stop in to reserve your spot today!\n\n\n\n*You can register in the brewery during regular business hours\, you may also register via telephone. Class size is 15 minimum\, with a maximum of 25. We highly recommend pre-registration for all classes to ensure your space in the class\, and to ensure minimum class size. If minimum class size is not met 3 days prior to class\, we will notify you of cancellation. Drop in students are welcome\, provided we have space available. Class fees are not refundable.
