If you want more control and finesse with your beers\, this class is for you. This is an intermediate class designed to show you a traditional 3-Tier Brewing System utilizing a Hot Liquor Tank\, Mash Tun & Boil Kettle.\n\n\n\nDuring this class\, we'll brew a batch of beer so you can visually see the process from beginning to end. We will mash\, boil\, and chill a 5 gallon batch of beer with Q & A throughout the live demonstrat...ion. The focus will be on the basics of brewing\, along with some "tips" to help the first timer avoid common brewing mistakes. In addition\, we'll venture through humanity's history of brewing and learn why beer became the cornerstone of our past. No materials or brewing experience is necessary.\n\n\n\nThe non-refundable* cost is $25.00 per person.\n\nClass sizes are limited and registration is required\, so please register in advance. Classes will be cancelled with full refund if 10 person minimum enrollment is not met. No refunds or credit for missed classes.
