Join local homebrewer Jesse Young for a Special Class on Lagers. This full comprehensive class is focused solely on Lagers\, their various styles\, and tips on choosing the right ingredients to brew a great lager every time! In addition\, we'll taste a style fermented in three different ways so you can understand the various methods to make a great Lager at home!\n\n\n\nDuring this class\, we'll brew a batch of beer so you can visually see the process from beginning to end. Utilizing a 3-Tier Brewing System we will mash\, boil\, and chill an all-grain 5 gallon batch of b...eer with Q & A throughout the live demonstration. The focus will be on the basics of brewing\, along with some "tips" to help the first timer avoid common brewing mistakes. In addition\, we'll venture through the history of Lagers and learn why this beer became a favorite around the world!\n\n\n\nThe non-refundable* cost is $25.00 per person.\n\nClass sizes are limited and advanced registration is required\, so please register prior to the day of class.\n\n\n\n*To ensure top-quality classes\, if the 10 person minimum enrollment is not met the day before the class is scheduled\, the class will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
