Foggy Noggin Brewing is bringing back a beer that has not been brewed for a few years - PowderKeg (Coffee Stout) 7.3% ABV - 68 IBU. The essence of PowderKeg is captured in this English Coffee Stout. Strong, but approachable. Powerful, but balanced. Locally roasted coffee beans are added to the mash and also in secondary fermentation - "dry bean." The result is a rich, full bodied, yet wonderfully balance stout with the essence of rich coffee. The flavors linger long and offer a most rewarding finish that will leave you yearning for another taste. This beer will be available on draft and a limited amount of 22 ounce bottles for purchase.
