You’re invited to our fundraising committee Meeting for the 2016 Auction: BREW, Wednesday August 31st, 11:30am-1:00pm.
This is an open meeting for all interested Chamber Members. At the meeting we will let you know what’s already in the works, what things the committee can help with and next steps for a successful event.
The fundraising committee includes discussing best auction practices, event theme, using member connections/resources efficiently, raffle and live auction items, how to involve new members, setting up times to help Chamber staff with procurement requests/mailings, coordinating/picking up donations, decorating gift baskets, day of event set-up, etc.
Save the Event Date: Our Greater Bothell Chamber Holiday Dinner & Auction will be Friday, November 18th, 6-9 PM, at the Rosewood Room.
Exciting Announcements:
1) We are super excited that Banner Bank, via Chery Bosh, will be our event sponsor for the Auction.
2) We are excited to announce Stefanie Wright from Forever Events as this year’s Fundraising/Auction Committee Chair.
Ball is Rolling: Auction location reserved, date set, catering reserved, committee meetings started- Wednesday, Aug. 31st, 11:30am-1:00pm
Word’s Getting Out: We will be announcing the auction and these things and asking for additional fundraising committee volunteers at the upcoming General Meeting, Sept. 22nd.
