The infrequently-made black saison is a winter wonderland of a farmhouse ale.

Our Solstice Saison pours black with a creamy tan head. Aromas of spice, toasted malts, and Belgian yeast. Medium-bodied and effervescent with flavors of spice, toasted malts, mild caramel, and earthy hops. Finishes with moderate hop bitterness. For saison-lovers, this Dark Farmhouse Saison is brewed with star anise, black peppercorn, coriander and grains of paradise, yielding a dark, spicy and mysterious beer. Available by the taster, glass and growler to-go. 8% ABV and 35 IBUs.
