- 2017 Imaginarium Red Blend (predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon + Cab Franc): Sappy Ewe - Sheep's milk cheese infused with maple and coated in a vegetable ash during the aging process from New Jersey - Tasting Notes: sweet, creamy, smoky
