Craft & Concrete - VENDOR REGISTRATION

Our Bothell Underground Beer Festival is back with a “Craft” twist. Join us at Craft & Concrete, a garage crawl, as we celebrate our vibrant community with an exciting showcase of regional beer, spirits, and mocktails! This event is a perfect opportunity to highlight your brand, strengthen local partnerships, engage directly with your "people" and more.

Event Details:
Date: Saturday, March 22, 2025

Location: Downtown Bothell at the new Alexan Apartment Building retail garage
Event Time: 1:00 PM–4:00 PM
Attendance: 500–1,000 guests (Previous events: 700–1,000)
Vendor Set-Up: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM

Vendor Breakdown: 4:00 PM–5:00 PM

Vendor Fee:

$75 table fee (includes a 6' table, 2 chairs, and 8 tasting tickets per table)

Ice and all pouring supplies
Tablecloths, branded signage, and marketing collateral

Vendor Reimbursement: Reimbursement payments for products poured at the event, will be in accordance with current WSLCB requirements. Details on ticket counts and individual beer, spirits, and cider reimbursements will be sent closer to the event.
