Full Moon Sacred Sister Circle by Zen Heart Center

Gather together and enter the first Full Moon Sacred Sister Circle of the new year. Tuesday, January 3 at 7:00pm at Zen Heart Center.

This first full moon of 2023 is a potent time to release limiting beliefs, energies that no longer support you, any lingering negativity from 2022, and to forgive yourself and others in order to move forward into 2023 with more freedom and ease.
 

For thousands of years, in tribes and villages around the world women have come together in circles to share, to teach, to listen and to learn. The pulse of these women still beats within us. Their wisdom flows through time, whispering to us the song of female connection and beauty. The wisdom of our grandmothers is a seed we inherit at birth, patiently waiting to be unearthed and opened.

?Enter the circle, bring your magic, and release all that no longer serves you in sacred circle, so that you may make space for new energies and directions in your life. Soothing herbal tea is served.

*Full Moon Release Meditation and Fire Release Ritual

*Reflective writing and group sharing

*Energetic Release Dance

* We witness and support each other with unconditional love, without judgement.

* After Glow: 10 to 15 minutes for connection, questions, chat, etc.
