Guest Presenter: Jonathan Wilson, Future Leader Book
Topic: Future Leader: Rebooting Leadership to Win the Millennial and Tech Future
How can leaders better steer their organizations in this time of rapid generational and technological change? In this presentation you'll:
1. Understand the force of generational churn. Attendees will learn how the friction of generational churn is affecting workplace productivity and organization profitability.
2. Understand the force of rapid technological advancement. Attendees will learn how advancing technology is fundamentally changing the character and composition of jobs, and how to approach and evaluate advancing technology for their organizations in the years to come.
3. Learn about and understand how to implement the three future leadership strategies. These strategies (Clarity, Connection, and Growth) will serve as the leadership framework for the future leader. Each strategy includes concrete tactics and next actions leaders can start implementing the very next day.
