Applied behavioral economist, Melina Palmer, will share four natural tendencies of the brain: optimism bias, planning fallacy, bikeshedding, and time discounting that combine with our love of the status quo so you understand why your brain is wired to keep you from doing everything you plan -- and the one thing you can do immediately after this session to be set up for success in 2023.
