Homeward Pet Adoption Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to finding loving homes for homeless cats and dogs, will host an adoption and pet food donation event on Saturday, October 21, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The event will be held at Homeward Pet Adoption Center, located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville, Washington.
The event will feature on-site adoptions, a Stock the Subaru Pet Food Drive, and activities for the whole family. For every pound of food donated during the event, participants will receive $1 off that day's adoption fees. Adoptions will be first come, first served, and no appointment is needed on that day.
In addition to adoptions, the event will also include a variety of activities for the whole family, including an ornament design activity, beverages, and yummy snacks.
"We are excited to host this adoption and donation event and to give the community a chance to meet our adoptable animals," said Kacy Bradley, Animal Care and Adoption Program Senior Manager at Homeward Pet Adoption Center. "We are also grateful for the partnership of Michael's Subaru, which helps us to make this event possible."
