Be a Host for the 2025 Holiday Wine, Beer & Spirits Walk
Help make downtown Bothell shine bright this holiday season! This annual tradition is a collaborative effort to bring the community together and drive energy to downtown. The Chamber provides the structure, coordination, and support, but the real magic happens when the Chamber and our hosts work together to create a festive, well-attended experience. Strong promotion from hosts is essential — sharing the event with your customers, networks, and community ensures a great turnout that benefits the entire downtown corridor.

How It Works

You’ll be matched with one alcohol vendor (two for large spaces, if available)

Hosts may set up inside your business or outside in an enclosed area (outdoor setups require Chamber approval)

Alcohol must stay within designated tasting areas per WA State law
Host Requirements

Staff your tasting area to ensure alcohol stays within your space

Provide a triple-lined garbage can for unfinished drinks

Have a table and tablecloth ready by 2:30 PM for your vendor

Include in your email newsletters

Display posters or flyers in your space

Encourage your customers and community to join in the fun

Host Business Fee: $150 — What’s Included
$60 Special Occasion Liquor License Fee
Required by WA State LCB for serving alcohol during the event

We’ll mail your completed application to Olympia

Troubleshoot any issues with the LCB

Deliver your official license to you on event day
