🕔 4:00 – 7:00 PM (Vendor setup starts at 2:30 PM)
📍 Downtown Bothell: Main Street, the Boulevard & nearby streets

✅ Why You Should Host:

📝 How It Works:

• You’ll be matched with 1 alcohol vendor (2 for large spaces, if available)

• You can host them inside your business or outside in an enclosed area (Outside setups require Chamber approval)

• Alcohol must stay within a designated area (per WA State law)

📋 Host Requirements:

• Staff your door/tasting area to ensure no alcohol leaves the space

• Provide a triple-lined garbage can for unfinished drinks

• Set up a table and tablecloth for your vendor (by 2:30 PM)

• Promote the event to your audience

💵 Host Business Fee: $150 – What’s Included?

✅ $60 Special Occasion Liquor License Fee

• Required by WA State LCB to serve alcohol during the event.

✅ Full Licensing Support by the Chamber:

• Mail completed application to Olympia on your behalf

• Troubleshoot any issues with the Liquor Control Board

• Deliver your official license to you on event day

✅ Marketing & Event Support:

• Printed posters for promotion

• Online advertising & event marketing

• Support with logistics and planning
