The SBA offers free counseling and technical assistance programs, as well as numerous lending options, and access to federal contracting opportunities that assist entrepreneurs.  Guest speaker Calvin W. Goings serves as the Regional Administrator leading SBA’s programs in the Pacific Northwest states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska.
