Did you know one of the most requested clothing items for those experiencing homelessness is new clean socks?
Peoples Bank is proud to announce the return of our month-long sock drive to help local community organizations: Socktober! Socktober will run from Friday, October 1st through Monday, November 1st with the socks collected from each county distributed to their representative non-profit. Snohomish County will be donating socks to:
- Snohomish County: Cocoon House
3 pairs of socks donated? That’s $3.
A pack of 10 socks? You guessed it, an additional $10 donated.
Just wanted to let everyone know about the Sock Drive we are having at our branch all month long. We have a decorated box at the front of the branch for people to drop socks into – if you are looking to help a local community organization this is a great one to be apart of.
