Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at ƛ̕ax̌ʷadis (Tl' awh-ah-dees) Park by City of Kenmore

You are cordially invited to attend a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the opening of  ƛ̕ax̌ʷadis (pronounced Tl' awh-ah-dees) Park, 7515 NE 175^th Street in Kenmore on Saturday, May 6, at 10 a.m.

Join the City of Kenmore community in celebrating the completion of the yearlong construction of this Walkways and Waterways project that features environmental improvements and exciting new amenities that increase public access to the water. This public event will also commemorate the Parks’ name, ƛ̕ax̌ʷadis.

The program will feature speakers, park viewings, and the official ribbon cutting to officially open the new improvements to the public.

• Guests are encouraged to carpool or arrive via alternative forms of transportation (walk, bike, bus).  
• The park is located ¼ mile south of the Burke Gilman Trail and two Bus Stops on NE Bothell Way.  
• Parking is available in the new asphalt parking lot, along NE 175^th Street and at the Kenmore Park & Ride, 7346 NE Bothell Way.
