During this class, we’ll brew a batch of beer so you can visually see the process from beginning to end. Utilizing a Three Tier Brewing System we will mash, boil, and chill an All-Grain 5-gallon batch of Czech Pilsner with Q & A throughout the live demonstration. The focus will be on the basics of brewing, along with some "tips" to help the first timer avoid common brewing mistakes. In addition, we’ll venture through the history of Lagers and learn why this beer became a favorite around the world!
Class sizes are limited, and advanced registration is required, so please register prior to the day of class.
*To ensure top-quality classes, if the 10-person minimum enrollment is not met the day before the class is scheduled, the class will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued. No refunds or credit for missed classes.
