We’re excited to invite you to hike Bridal Veil Falls this Sunday, September 29th! This 4-mile round trip trail near Index has an elevation gain of about 1,000 feet and is rated moderate—perfect for all skill levels. It's kid- and dog-friendly too!
Here’s the plan:
- Meet at Bothell Park & Ride by 9:00 AM (departure at 9:00 sharp)
- Return to Bothell by 2:00 PM
- Drive time to the trailhead is approximately 1 to 1.25 hours each way
- The hike itself should take around 3 hours, including a stop at the waterfall
After the hike, we’ll wind down by visiting a local café, diner, or brewery (non-chain) to support small businesses along the way.
If you'd like to join us, please email me to confirm. We can arrange carpools if needed.
There’s no cost to participate, just come prepared with your own hiking gear, footwear, and rain protection. For more details, check out the hike information here: Bridal Veil Falls.
Let’s enjoy some fresh air and strengthen our Chamber connections outdoors!
Join fellow outdoor enthusiasts in the Chamber's twice-a-month Hiking Social Circle! Our first monthly gathering is a Hyper-Local Hike—a relaxed, easy-to-access adventure close to home, perfect for all skill levels. It’s a great way to connect, enjoy the fresh air, and share your love for the outdoors without going too far.
The second gathering is our Challenge Hike—an exciting, slightly more demanding adventure that takes us to scenic trails and hiking spots. It's perfect for those looking to push themselves, explore new areas, and bond over a shared sense of accomplishment. Whether you're a casual walker or a seasoned hiker, there's something for everyone!
What is a "Social Circle"
Social Circles by the Chamber are informal, interest-based meet-ups where like-minded hobbyists and professionals can connect, share their passions, and form deeper relationships. Each circle is member-generated and organized. It centers around a specific hobby or interest—such as hiking or book clubs—allowing members to network in a relaxed, social setting. These gatherings provide a fun and low-pressure way to engage with fellow Chamber members outside of business-focused events, fostering personal and professional connections while enriching the Chamber’s sense of community.
