FULL - Shift A
11:00am to 1:00pm
General set up, directing cars, helping vendors unload their vehicles, hanging signage, running errands, etc.
FULL - Shift B - Chamber Members Only
12:45pm to 2:45pm
Selling tickets in wine/beer garden, Monitoring play stations/zones, answering questions at Chamber's Info Booth, helping to relieve vendors for bathroom breaks, and walk arounds. Wheelchair and limited-mobility positions are available for this shift.
FULL - Shift C - Chamber Members Only
2:45pm to 4:45pm
Selling tickets in wine/beer garden, Monitoring play stations/zones, answering questions at Chamber's Info Booth, helping to relieve vendors for bathroom breaks, and walk arounds. Wheelchair and limited-mobility positions are available for this shift.
OPEN - Shift D
4:45pm to 6:15pm
Packing up wine/beer garden and play stations/zones, packing up supplies, taking down signs/banners, directing cars, helping vendors load up, (no tent take down needed, professional cleaners for garbage etc. will be on site.)

Please arrive 10 minutes early and check in at Chamber Info Booth for placement and instructions. Chamber booth will be located in the center of the event in front of historical buildings.
Parking is available across the big intersection in the gravel lot in front of Baskin Robbins, at City Hall Garage about 3 blocks distance, and across the Bothell bridge/river at Sammamish River Park also about 3 blocks distance.
We highly recommend biking into the park as well!
