As a volunteer, you’ll receive complimentary access to the event before and/or after your shift – no ticket purchase necessary. It’s a win(e)-win!

🍇 Event Setup (shift 1)Help us set up check-in, post signage, drop a-boards, and miscellaneous to-dos.
- Physical activity required
- Shift ~ 2:30-4:00 PM
- 4+ volunteers needed
Welcome wine lovers, check IDs, distribute wristbands and wine totes, event maps, and get them excited for the evening ahead.
- Energetic, guest-facing role
- Shift ~ 3:45-5:45 PM
- 4+ volunteers needed
Help guests through the check-in process, sell additional drink tickets, answer FAQs – then assist with takedown when the lights go out!
- Energetic and outgoing with a little muscle💪 (some physical activity required)
- Shift ~ 5:30-7:15
- 2-3 volunteers needed
