VOLUNTEER for the Wine, Beer & Spirits Walk

Awesome Volunteers Needed for 2.5 hour shifts!
Saturday, December 9
at the Holiday Wine, Beer & Spirits Walk in downtown Bothell 

Support the local businesses and meet & greet with the community.
Thank you in advance for donating your time!

Please consider one of the following shifts:
 
ALL SHIFTS - Be sure to check in with the Chamber Director at First & Main Design Market upon arrival for your assignment.  Free parking is available at the Bothell City Hall Garage (one block from Chamber office) or in the gravel lot across the street from Hillcrest Bakery (1/2 block from Chamber office.)

Shift 1: 4:00PM-6:30 PM (12 people needed)
Potential Duties (you may be stationed indoors or outdoors):
Outdoors:
Move items from Chamber office across the street to check-in location, Distribute host packets to businesses, set out signage and a-boards, etc.
(may require standing, walking, and possibly lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.)
Indoors:
Work check-in line to check IDs, confirm tickets, apply wristbands, etc.
(sitting or standing) 

Shift 2: 6:30PM-9:00 PM (12 people needed)
Potential Duties (you may be stationed indoors or outdoors):
Outdoors:
Providing ticket holders with directional support, business host support, taking down signs and picking up and returning a-boards.
(requires standing, walking, and possibly lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.)
Indoors:
Work check-in line to check IDs, confirm tickets, apply wristbands, etc., pack up at end of night
(sitting or standing, and possibly lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.) 
 
Floating Shift: Please write start & end time in the comments (4 people needed)
You may be stationed indoors or outdoors, checking in arrivals and going business to business checking in on host businesses. (may require sitting, standing, and possibly lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.)

Our volunteer & attendee Check-in will be at First & Main Design Market.

Please also dress weather appropriate for outdoor shifts with comfortable shoes. Volunteer lanyards, vests, and bottled water will be provided.

Themed fun attire highly encouraged! The theme for this event is holiday fun! (Show off your ugly sweaters, elf hats, flashing antlers and more!) Please also feel free to wear your business name tag, business/logo shirt etc.
