Attendees will learn how the friction of generational churn is affecting workplace productivity and organization profitability.\n\n2. Understand the force of rapid technological advancement. Attendees will learn how advancing technology is fundamentally changing the character and composition of jobs\, and how to approach and evaluate advancing technology for their organizations in the years to come.\n\n3. Learn about and understand how to implement the three future leadership strategies. These strategies (Clarity\, Connection\, and Growth) will serve as the leadership framework for the future leader. Each strategy includes concrete tactics and next actions leaders can start implementing the very next day.\n\n\n\nJonathan Wilson writes\, speaks\, and consults with public and private organizations about the future of leadership. His first book\, Future Leader: Rebooting Leadership to Win the Millennial and Tech Future\, helps leaders better steer their organizations in this time of rapid generational and technological change. Jonathan has a master's degree in public administration from Seattle University and professional coach training from the University of Miami. He has held leadership and management positions in both the public and private sectors for many years.\n\n\n\nYou will also hear city updates from Bothell and Kenmore city officials.\n\n\n\nTypical attendance is 70-100 people.
