About Us

KidStrong is a science based training center for kids walking through 11 years old. We help parents discover their child’s superpowers and build future-ready kids who are confident making friends, run the playground, and raise their hand high in the classroom.
In other words… kids who will win at life.

We are KidStrong! Helping kids through 45 minute weekly classes, win at life!
We start and end each class with our Kidstrong affirmation which improves self-esteem in kids. You'll hear the kids say I am strong, I am brave, I can do this!
Each class, students will practice introducing themselves by shaking hands, making eye contact, and saying their name.
Our move and learn block of class blends physical activity with cognitive or character development. During this block you'll see kids navigate obstacle courses while sharpening skills like pattern recognition or public speaking.
Award Ceremony Time! We close out every class with awards. We love recognizing our kids and parents efforts every week!

Fun and learning doesn’t stop just because school is out. Our unique camp curriculum blends learning, movement and fun while building important skills like confidence, physical fitness and teamwork. At KidStrong Camp, kids crush challenges and leave stronger than ever and with a new group of friends.
