Orangetheory Fitness offers total-body group fitness classes that use science, coaching, and technology to help members reach their goals. Unlike HIIT, Orangetheory uses heart-rate based interval training, with five heart-rate zones designed to increase participants metabolism and help them burn more calories. Each class is guided by a certified fitness coach to walk members through the workout, motivate and offer modifications for those that need it.
