At Hillcrest Bakery we Specialize in Dutch and European Pastries and Goodies. We bake Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, Breakfast and Dessert Pastries, Cookies, Breads & Specialty Holiday Treats. We have a long tradition of baking and recipes that have been passed down through generations. Marzipan Rolls & Cakes, Banket Staaf, Taai Taai and Speculaas Cookies are some of our Dutch Specialties. We also bake European favorites including Almond Kringle, Yulekaka, Weihnacht Stollen, Apple Strudel, Almond Macaroons, Napoleans, Petitfours and Eclairs.
