Hotel California by the Sea (HCBTS) has been established in Washington State since 2016. Our Flagship Program in Orange County, California, opened a few years prior. HCBTS offers treatment for individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our services include Detoxification, Residential, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) with transitional housing accommodations, and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services. After a decade in Bellevue, our outpatient office has moved to Bothell, and we also continue to serve the community through our other program locations in Kirkland.
